What is Washday?
Laundry management software for laundromats and dry cleaners in Nigeria, plus a public directory where customers across Nigeria find and book laundries. You get a counter app for orders and garment tags, online payments, pickup and delivery tools, customer messages and reports — on your phone.
How much does it cost?
It's free to start, with no monthly fee. Washday takes a small commission on each order (currently 5% of each order's services; pickup and delivery fees carry no commission). You only pay when you earn.
Do I need a computer or special hardware?
No. It works on any smartphone or laptop browser, keeps working when the internet drops, and prints receipts and garment tags on standard printers.
Can my customers pay online?
Yes — card, bank transfer and USSD through Paystack, paid out to your own bank account, plus cash, POS and transfer recorded at the counter.
Can I use my own riders or a courier?
Both. Assign your own riders from the deliveries board, or connect your courier account (e.g. Chowdeck, GIG, Kwik) and book a courier for any pickup or delivery.
